Accurate cost estimates are the foundation of a successful and profitable project.

Holdings Management Company has the best professional cost estimator’s on staff. Every one of our estimators knows millwork inside and out. We don't use an estimating software; and drawing review is always part of our estimating process.  More often than not,  we are able to catch problems in the construction documents avoiding problems in the field and change orders affecting the budget. Our cost estimates always include the following elements:

Quality Take-Offs

Direct Labor Cost

Labor Rates

Material Pricing

Equipment Costs

Sub Costs

Insurance & Bonding

Indirect Costs

There are five detail levels of estimating that correlate with the information available and associated costs. Accurate estimation keeps all parties focused on delivering a project on time and under budget. It holds the project team accountable for increased costs and overruns. We approach each step of the estimation process with unmatched sophistication. Our goal is to always provide our clients with the information necessary to make the best possible decisions on each of their projects.
